Reporting infringement
If you believe content on sheetjp.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@sheetjp.com including:
- A description of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with URL).
- Your contact details (name, email and mailing address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
On receiving a valid notice, we will investigate and may remove or disable access to the material in accordance with applicable law.
Counter-notice
If material was removed following a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or that you are authorised to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will respond to valid counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.
