Refund Policy
We want you to be confident buying from SheetJP. This policy explains when refunds apply.
No sheet found — no charge
If no auction sheet is available for the chassis number you submit at checkout, you are not charged. If a charge was taken but no report could be delivered, we refund it in full.
Report could not be retrieved
If your payment succeeded but we are unable to retrieve the report (for example, a data-provider issue), we will either deliver it once resolved or issue a full refund.
Promo codes
If a valid promo code reduces your total to zero, there is no charge to refund. Partial discounts follow the same refund rules as a full-price order for any amount actually paid.
Change of mind
Because each report is retrieved and delivered digitally and immediately, a delivered report is generally non-refundable. If you believe a delivered report is inaccurate or you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
Manual archive search
If you paid for an agreed manual archive search and we cannot locate a sheet, we refund that fee in full. You are not charged when we decline a search before work begins.

Email support@sheetjp.com with your order email and chassis number. We aim to respond within two business days.
