By using SheetJP (sheetjp.com) you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing a report or using our tools.
The service
SheetJP retrieves and displays original Japanese vehicle auction sheets based on the chassis number you provide. We source records from third-party auction data providers and present them without alteration.
We also offer free educational tools and content (guides, blog posts, calculators and explainers). Those tools are for general guidance only — they are not legal, customs or financial advice, and estimates may differ from official quotes.
Accuracy of information
Auction sheets are prepared by third-party auction inspectors in Japan. We do not create, edit or guarantee the underlying data and are not responsible for errors, omissions or grading decisions made by the auction houses. Reports are provided for informational purposes to assist your own due diligence.
Payment
Reports are charged at the price shown at checkout (currently $10 USD) and processed securely via Stripe. Promo codes entered in Stripe Checkout may reduce or waive the price when valid. If no auction sheet is available for the chassis number you submit in the instant lookup, you are not charged.
Manual archive search
If an instant lookup finds no sheet, you may request a manual archive search via our contact form. Manual searches are handled case by case; we will confirm availability, timing and any fee before you pay. You are not charged for a search we decline or cannot complete.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, scrape, or bulk-download reports, or to use the service for unlawful purposes. Report links are for the purchasing customer's use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetJP is not liable for any purchase decision made on the basis of a report or free tool, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
